What to Bring
9 a.m.
Arrive in Manchester for coffee and a breakfast sandwich at Scooters, right across the road from the largest Whitewater Park in the Iowa.
10 a.m.
Begin your drive on the scenic byway & enjoy the Amish stores along the way. From abundant greenhouses, general store, hardware store, and bakery (fri & sat), there's something for all to enjoy!
12 p.m.
Arrive at Off the Hoof in Delhi for a homemade lunch special. Be sure to pick up some local snacks for the road! If you're needed a pick-me-up, grab a gourmet coffee at Roast & Toast next door!
1 p.m.
Take a short drive to Hopkinton and explore the Delaware County Historical Society Museum Campus.
3:30 p.m.
Head to Ryan and view the Veteran's Memorial that features a real Vietnam era Cobra Gunship Helicopter. Take a short walk to the Ryan Ball park to view the World's Largest Umpire!
4:30 p.m.
Head back to Manchester and have drinks and a bite at Riverbend Pub & Grill while you enjoy the views overlooking the Maquoketa River! Our favorite is the Chicken Philly or the Reuben 🙂
