What to Bring
9 a.m.
Arrive in Manchester and have a sit down breakfast at Sunset Family Restaurant.
10 a.m.
Jump in your car and head to Manchester Fish Hatchery for a self-guided tour. Since 1976, it has functioned as Iowa's trout brook stock station to produce over 600,000 fish for stocking Iowa waters. Be sure to feed the fish!
10:30 p.m.
Take a short drive to Hopkinton and tour the Delaware County Historical Museum Campus. Call in advance for a private tour. Take a short drive around Lake Delhi to visit the award winning dam and beautiful lake scenery!
12 p.m.
Head to downtown Delhi to have a delicious lunch at the Delhi Landing, and stop next door to pick up an afternoon coffee from Roast & Toast.
1 p.m.
Next, drive out to the Hartwick area and experience the Amish community! Greenhouses, general store, hardware store, and bakery - it's a must!
